Evaluation and Feedback Collection
We are the controller of your personal data. We may collect the following information for research and/or evaluation purposes:
- Name and contact details
- personal information used for the purpose or evaluation and/or research

- Consent – we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

- Your data may be shared with the organisation I am contracted by to carry out evaluation. This will be stated on the survey.
How long we retain your data:
Personal information will be kept for 6 months after the end of the contracted project. After this date it will be deleted or stored as anonymised data.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
